Who am I talking to?

Not that I'm actually talking. I'm typing and you are reading. That is if you even exist and are not some fictional reader my imagination has created. Who would be interested in reading what I have to say and how do I try and address that person.

Informally like I am with an old friend? I do want readers to be friendly.

Respectfully like I am addressing a figure of importance? Anyone who reads this is important to me.

Quirkily so I'm seen to have genuine unpredictable thought processes? I want to stimulate and entertain my readers, so they will come back.

Thoughtfully? Make my readers think rather than accept things at faced value.

The list goes on. Maybe I should just lump everything together and write like I want to write.

I have started working on what will hopefully be a series of reasonably sized articles on a particular favourite subject of mine. When I actually get around to finishing the first one is still a mystery. For now I'll probably just go on writing this sort of stuff when I feel like it. That's the great thing about blogs, there are no rules, no deadlines. I'll write what I want when I want.

I never thought I'd ever write a sentence with so many words starting with "w". Reading it aloud quickly and I'm practically hyperventilating.
